PLAITING WITH BEAD STRINGS
Seed beads sold in pre-strung hanks are perfect for plaiting. You’ll find it easiest to attach the findings while the beads are straight, so the secret plaiting technique is best.
1 Choose a selection of bead strings and cut them all to the same length. Secure both ends into a suitable finding such as end caps, end bars or a slider fastening. Separate the strands into three equal bundles.
2 Use the secret plaiting technique to plait the strands, easing the clasp or end cap through the gaps carefully.
